Your 100% satisfaction is our constant aim. Our products are covered by a no-nonsense product return policy. We take great care in manufacturing our products and even greater care in sending them to you. However, in the rare event of a wrong dispatch, or a defective product, contact us to have the product returned for a refund or replacement.

Highlights of our return policy:

a) If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product.
(Please note that the labor cost for preparing the custom product will be charged in such a case.)

b) If the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount through PayPal.

c) If the product does not match your requirements, or is discovered to be defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product.
